DRAFT ANALYSIS ON FAN COVER
CLASS A MODEL
* Before start doing the axis sysytem for the Class A surface we need to check the given Class A model is correct. Whether the all the surface are connected. It can be checked through JOIN command and BOUNDARY command.
DEFINE THE TOOLING DIRECTION
Next we need to find the exact toooling direction to clear all the face section of the surface. So check through all the possible way of doing in a single main tool.
x direction y direction z direction
In the above all 3 direction we come to know that x and y axis are not able to clear top hole surface , We need to use separate side core to clear the top hole surface which will increase the cost of the component.
In the z direction it was clearing both side and top faces in a single main tool axis. So we are taking the tooling direction towards z direction. So create an dummy tooling axis in z direction for refrence.
BISECTING LINES
Next create a interfrence line through xz and yz direction and create a line for a parallel side face then create a bisecting line for each x and y direction. Then bisect the both the x and y tooling axis create a tooling axis for z direction.

DRAFT ANALYSIS
To get into the draft analysis go to insert-analysis-feature draft analysis
Before switching to the draft analysis make sure the part model mode is in material mode by selecting through the customize view parameter section.
Next select the compass mode , drag the compass near by class A surface and merge it to the tooling axis direction.
Now select the model, draft analysis feature is applied while the model shown as green colour. While blue color indicates the inverse draft direction.
Draft angle limit can be identified through the colours shown
This pic show as the total draft analysis angle and colours. And also we can check the draft angle of surface at any point.
