    Procedure:-

    1. Firstly, import the given model.

    2. Given Model-

    3. Now, go to the geometry and check the geometric error.

    Command: {Tool>>Checks>>Geometry>>Execute}

    If any  errors occur it shows error in red colors and if no error found it shows green tick in status bar.

    Fix this error as shown above images.

    Now, all the geometric error is fix.

    4. After that, take mid-surface of each component and set property simultaneously.

    Command:- {Topo>>Faces>>offset>>select surface}

    Measure the thickness of each component.

    Command:- {Utilities>>measurement>>select two nodes}

    After that, extend the rib surface to the other surface and intersect both the surfaces.

    Command:- {Topo>>Face>>extend} or {Topo>>Face>>intersect}

    Now, set property -

    Command:- {Topo>>Faces>>set PID>>select  faces/shell>>create new>>PSHELL}

    Follow the same method to set property.

    Now, take the mid-surface of threads.

    Create the curve by using middle option and fine the curve.

    Command:- {Topo>>Curves>>middle>>select lines}

    After that, project the curve to the surface and create new surface by coons.

    Command:- {Topo>>cons>>project}

    Command:- {Topo>>Faces>>New>>coons}

    Now, take mid-surface of the following component.

    Command:- {Topo>>Faces>>middle}

    Extend the surface up to another surface.

    Now, we take mid-surface of all the component and assign the proper thickness to each component.

    Now, mesh the model with given quality criteria.

    Before that,  set the parameters, so our meshing should be in proper flow of elements.

    Commands:- {Mesh>>Parameters>>length>>select all >>average element size>>ok}

    Now for meshing to each part manually.

    Command:- {Mesh>>Mesh Generation>>Free>> select face or surface>>ok}

    Also use the other command like improve, smooth, split, swap and join for better mesh flow.

    Now , select draw shell element in presentation parameter in Quality criteria.

    Final Model:-

    Conclusion:-

    In this challenge, we learn about different types of methods to take mid-surface and assign the thickness to each component. Mesh the model with given Quality criteria.
