    CV JOINT : 

    TREE STRUCTURE :

    CV JOINT OVERALL ASSEMBLY WITH CONSTRAIN GEOMETRY : 

     

    CV JOIN ASSEMBLY PROCEDURE : 

    •  to work on the assembly model, the part model of the each component is need to updated or  component should be created before moving to an assembly. 
    • in this cv joint , there are three components are involved in the stage of assembly. 
    • components are created using the part design option in catia v5. 
    • after creating the part of all the three components, the reference geometry for the assemby is also created
    • for example, axis system is used to concentric both the component, and plane is also used as the reference geometry for the assembly mates.
    • after completion of the reference geometry, the new assembly workbench is needed to created.
    • and copy all the required component and paste it in the new assembly work bench
    • the primary or the parent component is need to fixed.
    • then using the assembly constrait, need to arrest the required degree of freedom, to make a complete working component. 
    • for this cv joint there is a total of 5 parts is need to created the complete assembly. the symmetry of body A.

    QUICK RETURN MECHANISM ASSEMBLY PROCEDURE :

    • in this quick return mechanism joint , there are five components are involved in the stage of assembly. 
    • components are created using the part design option in catia v5. 
    • after creating the part of all the five components, the reference geometry for the assemby is also created

    • after completion of the reference geometry, the new assembly workbench is needed to created.
